Lift mannerism algorithm to filter candidates

If I ever own a company for which I have to hire people,  the first round of screening will be their elevator mannerisms. Following behavior will solicit outright rejection or further engagement.

1. Pressing both up and down arrows --- REJECT
2. Pressing the call buttons multiple times in belief that the speed of the elevator is directly proportional to the number of times the button is pressed  --- Outright REJECT
3. Waiting for people to alight the elevator before entering --- Further engagement with Bonus 5 points
4. Not letting people arrived before you to enter first  --- REJECT
5. Letting elderly or women enter first  --- Further engagement with bonus 10 points.
6. Pressing the close button immediately after entering  --- REJECT
7. Moving to the back or side of the elevator car --- Further engagement with Bonus 5 points
8. Removing helmet and bag before entering to make space for more people --- Further engagement
7. Saying 'excuse me' and 'thank you' while alighting to the people standing in the front  --- Further engagement with Bonus 5 points
8. Pressing close/cancel  buttons whenever elevator stops at floors other than the one you want --- REJECT
9. Littering in the elevator  --- REJECT , FINE upon arrival and permanent black list
10. Listening to dhinchak songs without headphone on mobile speaker in an elevator  --- SHUTDOWN THE ELEVATOR FOR atleast 2 HRS WITH THE PERSON INSIDE
